"The sink was clogged in our bathroom and very slow to drain. I told the front desk and nothing was done to fix it. A bit disappointing but otherwise our stay was fine. "

"I like that there were no negative surprises. Room did not smell of stale smoke, heater was not noisy, the hallways were wide. However the coffee in the breakfast area was bitter and very strong. Not drinkable. "

"Finally a hotel with a hot tub.The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were welcoming and Zac went above and beyond to contact Orbitz for me to check on an extra reservation charge. Lots of shopping and restaurants very close. Nice hotel. "

"Huge shout to the staff at this hotel. My daughter and I needed a room change and they accommodated us - they went above and beyond. Clean hotel- no funky smells. I will aways make an effort to stay at Quality Inn when I am in Morgantown for swim meets."
