"This hotel is ideal if you want to stay within the city centre. Literally 2 minutes walking to Il Duomo on a bustling Corso Vittorio Emanuele.The only drawback we experienced was that the rooms are very small, otherwise everything was excellent "

"Property pictures was not the actual photos of the hotel. Rooms were above a bar on a noisy street. Bedroom didn’t have darking curtain's only a sheers which didn’t block the morning light. Bathroom sink was plugged with hair. Room was cheap and convenient to University and bus route downtown. "

"What a gem!! Bergamo was a half-hearted, 1-day visit we added to our trip since we were flying into Milan in the evening & yet we were SO pleasantly surprised! "Great service, friendly staff. The check in process was easy. Love the water provided. Rooms are a bit outdated and could use updating (ie. furniture is dirty, water stained, etc.) Area is walkable and 5-8 min away from transit centers. Would recommend changing out the shampoo and providing conditioner automatically"
