"We were looking for a hotel close to the sites but also not too far from the St Lucia train station & airport bus. The Tivoli was just fine for us - room for two, A/C, nice shower. It was easy to find from St Lucia, and lots of food & drink options close by. No issues checking in, with suitcase storage prior to check in. Breakfast was included and was just right - enough options, good variety of tasty pastries, and a nice outdoor setting. "

"Wonderful location, right in the heart of Venice, 1min stroll to the Rialto bridge and airport boat access. Free room upgrade was appreciated, bonus! Very clean, breakfast was surprisingly good, staff attentive and professional. Also, right next to hotel was a fantastic Italian Tapas bar & restaurant, a hidden gem! Lovely place, highly recommended."

"The hotel is on the main boulevard in Lido, close to the beach and close to the Lido's water bus station. it is absolutely convenient. We were worried if we could hear the street noise at night but it was very quiet as the room was at the back, away from the street. The bathroom was very clean. The receptionists were all very friendly. The kitchen staff for breakfast was very friendly and helpful. "

"This is very basic accommodation near the airport. Pros: Property is clean and the owner is friendly and helpful. He arranged a very early shuttle for me that arrived exactly on time. Cons: There really isn’t much to see or do in the area. It’s probably only appropriate for someone flying out early in the morning. The walls are thin and you hear everything in the hall and next door. "

"Great location easy walking to Rialto Bridge and St. Marks square. Many restaurants and Pastries nearby. Arrival by train: take the Public Water Bus in front of the train station to the Rialto stop. A very short walk from there with minimal bridges with stairs to climb with luggage. Private Taxi boats are very expensive. "

"It was a fantastic location, right near the square. However this did mean some noise from outside until about midnight. Walls also seemed quite thin in the hotel and unfortunately had some noisy neighbours. Pavel and staff were very welcoming and helpful."

"Location of the hotel is perfect if arriving by train. 5 minute walk from station. Central to everything you need..restaurants, shopping, tours etc. 5-15 min walk from all the major sights. Room was small but clean and AC worked great. The family that runs the hotel is very nice and helped us with anything we needed. I would definitely stay here again if I am in Venice in the near future. "

"What a lovely little hotel - a very warm welcome on arrival, clean and cool room and a delicious breakfast. It’s also a great location with short bus or walk to the main Vaparetto terminal and a 5 minute walk to the Lido beach. Would highly recommend."
