"Alora is a bustling little town nestled on a hill and the room I had overlooked the old Moorish fort on the adjoining hill. Beautiful ! The hotel was basic but spotlessly clean and the owners Paco and Monica were lovely. And great value for the single traveller "

"This is a little gem. The word "hostal" is not indicative here. It is more like a small boutique hotel. Yes, the rooms are small. Also decorated BEAUTIFULLY. Great attention to detail. Lots of free parking in the park one block down. The owner is terrific and helpful. Everything is immaculate and new. Great air conditioning. We loved it!!!"

"This is a lovely villa about 10 minutes from Ronda. Our room was decorated in a minimalist, but comfortable style. Bathroom was large and nice. Pool was beautiful, right on the side of the ravine under the hotel, and perfect for the small number of guests at the villa. We did pay for a parking space that didn't exist (it was full and we had to squeeze the Aygo in a bike space most nights) which wasn't ideal.
