Large 16-century townhouse in Osuna with a garden and a pool

Carefully restored and very comfortable, with masses of space and a pool. The house is in a friendly medieval town called Osuna, impressive on its own account and for enjoying the sunshine but also a good centre for touring - Granada, Córdoba, Seville and Ronda are all nearby as is the Sierra Norte de Sevilla National Park. Osuna isn’t a tourist town - don't expect anyone to speak English - but it has plenty of tapas bars and restaurants. The house has 4 large double/twin rooms, good kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 bathrooms and a garden with a pool. Big enough for a party but we’re happy to rent it out for 1 or 2 couples.

Absolutely Fantastic
We went as a group of seven friends and have never had to much fun! Absolutely beautiful house with so much character and obvious love put into the place - honestly felt like our home for that one week! The pictures don't do the house justice either, its a truly lovely place. Thanks so much for having us, we will definitely be coming back :)

Central town location with secluded pool
Magnificent villa in central town location with a pool, what more could you ask for. This villa has it all and more. Great host, and all the information we required for the local attractions and amenities. Easy access to Seville and Ronda trips. Thank you for letting the villa.

Beautiful house, Beautiful town
We loved staying here and the photos don't do it justice, especially the outside area and pool. The pool is fabulous. There's so much space and, for sure, everything you'll need (and more - things you didn't even know you'd need!). The information provided was super helpful, extensive and honest. Osuna is central to Seville, Cordoba, Ronda, Granada, Malaga and Cadiz as well as other smasher and more local towns and places of charm. It was very hot when we were there so we took our time. And enjoyed the pool. A lot. The town has unique charm, fabulous buildings and lots of interesting walks, restaurants, bars as well as supermarkets. I never did manage to find the museum open and the train station was undergoing construction (they put on buses though) but that is purely for reflection and not to the detriment of this property. Would happily revisit. Loved it.

Our stay in a wonderful 16th century townhouse in Osuna
We loved our stay at Jeremy and Anne's wonderful home in Osuna. It is as beautiful as the photos indicate - well equipped with everything we could possibly need. We knew it would be cold but stayed cozy when we were in the living room with the wood burning stove and every room had a heater . We'd love to come back in the spring or summer to enjoy the huge outdoor area, complete with private pool. But any time of year, this house is in a great location for exploring lovely Osuna and a terrific jumping off point for all the beautiful towns in the area. Jeremy and Anne were available to quickly answer our questions. There are a million books to read and movies to watch. The kitchen is very well equipped. It's a perfect place for your stay in Osuna. Thank you so much - we hope to return!

Fantastic Housr
This is our second stay in this home and it was just as wonderful the second time around. Very clean, everything you could possibly need, tons of space and a great location. Besides the charming town of Osuna, this property is centrally located to make quick trips to many highlights of Andalusia; Ronda, Seville, Córdoba, Grenada. The house itself is wonderful and easy walking distance to many restaurants and cafes. We highly recommend both the house and Jeremy and Anne as hosts. Can’t wait to return!

November in Osuna
We've made several trips to Andalusia in November but this was the best villa we've stayed in. We made the trip using trains and without a car. Something I hadn't realised is that Osuna is about 1000 feet above sea level, so it is about 4-5 Centigrade cooler than Malaga or Seville. There is, however, a lovely wood burner for cooler evenings!

A Lovely Autumn Holiday
We normally stay in out of town holiday villas, but decided on a change this time, and are glad we did. This is a delightful house, full of character, with everything you need for a family holiday, and with the benefit of resturants and shops close by. Osuna has maintained its historic character and is a fascinating town in its own right, but also has the sights of Seville, Cordoba and Rhonda within easy reach, as well as the natural parks of Sierra de Grazalema and el Torcal.

This property is the best house we've stayed in and been independent travelling for 35 years. The property is beautiful so well equipped with everything you need. The garden with lovely pool to chill out with comfy outdoor furniture. The owner Jeremy is always on hand by phone text if you have any problems. Osuna is a beautiful town with very welcoming locals. Hope to go back one day with a family holiday as its so big to accommodate 10 people. Loved it thank you.

Wonderful stay!
We had a fantastic time in Osuna. The townhouse was perfect for 2 couples but would easily accommodate more guests. Jeremy and Anne couldn't have been better hosts: everything needed was provided, including detailed instructions for the house as well as excellent suggestions for restaurants /activities/and places nearby tour. The house is well situated giving easy access to both Seville and Granada and, if you have a car, there are many other options for day tours. Osuna itself is interesting and we would happily return in warmer weather to relax there while enjoying the pool and patio.

Amazing outdoor space for a town house
Great winter sun in a surprisingly big, sheltered south facing back garden. House was huge and really well equipped (like staying in a friends house really- don’t bother taking books or dvds - loads there). Parking is a bit tight but you can dump bags or shopping in vestibule and drive round corner to get parked. Osuna has loads to do. Really authentic Spanish town and special to be there in winter with bright sun and olive wood smoke in the air.

Amazing Property in the Heart of Lovely Osuna
Extremely spacious, comfortable, well equipped house. We had an amazing stay in this beautiful old house in the heart of Osuna. Easily able to walk to all the sites, restaurants and shops. Made good use of the back garden and pool. A real bonus that we could catch the train for our visit to Seville. Jeremy was a great communicator and replied to any questions promptly.

A true home away from home!
Great house with ALL that you need including: well equipped kitchen, dishes, cutlery, appliances (including lots of heaters for the different rooms) wood burning fireplace which also warms the place up in winter. Very nice town with good restaurants and super well located to visit different places like Granada, Seville, Ronda and Cordoba. Owner gives lots of handy details in guide to fully take advantage of the place. Very clean and comfortable beds and bathrooms. Hope we can return there again in the future. Lots of room for large families. Fully recommend this property (I have travelled extensively and rented many places with Homeaway and Airbnb)

The house is beautiful. Very comfortable and has everything you need.
Our family really enjoyed being in the centre of a town but also being able to relax by the pool which feels away from it all.we really didn't use the inside of the house except to sleep in but the front room looked a wonderful cosy space for a winter evening. Perfect house for a large family gathering.

Great property full of character
Had a fantastic time. The house is really spacious, with lots of nice touches ( like a table football table ) and loads of books. The pool is excellent and a real bonus for a traditional townhouse. The car parking was a concern for us but we were always able to park very close by. The streets are narrow but you do get used to them. English is not widely spoken but that never seemed to cause any real problems as the locals are friendly and want to help. We never had a bad meal in the town and the prices were very reasonable. The town itself has lots of interesting historic buildings and is not at all tacky. The people in the local bar still proudly show their pictures of the Game of Thrones cast. Benidorm it isn't but if you want a good base to explore Andalucia its perfect. The owners are very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

Beautiful house in authentic Andalusian town
We stayed in Jeremy and Anne’s beautiful house for ten sunny days in October and had a fantastic holiday. The property is extremely spacious, well-equipped and has a lot of character. As an old Andalusian townhouse, it has its own patio, tiled fountain and a big garden with olive and lemon trees. The swimming pool allows for relaxing moments to cool down. The rooms are generous and tastefully decorated. It is absolutely rare to find such a big house WITH a pool right in the centre of town. For us, it was the perfect combination. Osuna is a hidden gem in Andalusia’s heartland and offers a truly authentic, non-touristy experience of Spanish life. You can shop for food at the local market, have some tapas and tinto de verano in one of the many bars and restaurants and marvel at the Renaissance and Baroque architecture. Ideally located in the centre of Andalusia and within easy reach of the main motorways, Osuna is a good starting point for day trips to Sevilla, Córdoba, Ronda, the Pueblos Blancos, the Costa del Sol beaches and even Granada. The motorways are easy to navigate and never too crowded. Jeremy and Anne were delightful hosts, and communication with them was easy, friendly and prompt. We can highly recommend their house to anyone wishing to discover Andalusia off the beaten track.
