No hot water, rooms are not as on pictures, error saying 4 people can stay in one bed in the listing, it wouldn’t be showing in search at all. No baby cribs, it’s just pictures. Fridge is not plugged in. No kettle or any warm water available and no one in the whole building. Mattress smells and has no protector. I only stayed because was late after 8 hours and it was...

"What a lovely place to spend a leisurely afternoon and evening. Dinner was spectacular and so reasonably priced. We took a couple walks and sat outside on our lovely patio area. One warning though -- do NOT leave your shoes or any clothing outside. We had a pair of drying socks and shoes and a bra munched on (one shoe was actually taken away to be found completely demolished the following morning) by the cute but wily Sicilian foxes living onsite! They were pretty bold and we needed to make lots...

"Enjoyable stay in an old grand palazzo. Could do with a bit of work eg clean the fridge and lower the temperature. Basic had some drainage issues. But very central. Helpful host. Recommend."

"L'apparence de l'immeuble déroute au premier abord, cependant nous avons eu une très agréable surprise en entrant dans l'appartement, qui était à l'état neuf et très bien aménagé. Des boissons étaient à notre disposition. Un coin cuisine commun était disponible pour préparer les repas. Le petit déjeuner compris dans la réservation a été pris dans un café proche. Il était bien. Très bon accueil par notre hôte."

The worst. I travelled 90% of countries.

"Was closed, owner showed up 30 min late, no check in instructions, was yelling on the phone right under our window till 10. Fridge is not plugged in. No kettle or any warm water available and no one in the whole building. Mattress smells and has no protector. I only stayed because was late after 8 hours and it was closest. Next time will definitely read reviews as they all are true. Owner doesn’t care and is rude. He texted at 9 am “check out is at 10” that’s all. Didn’t bother nothing. I hope it gets shut down by health authorities. "
