"We were allowed to check-in a few hours early on our day of arrival. Having this option helped us to unload our luggage and familiarize ourselves with the room and facility so when we arrived back at the room at midnight all we had to do was walk in straight to our room and get to sleep. All of the staff during our stay were friendly and helpful when asked questions. Even though our visit was short, our time there was enjoyable. "

And the self check-in didnt work so had to check-in at the desk but other than that its clean, everything is in mostly good condition except a couple things but wasnt a big deal; and friendly & helpful staff. "I loved the people! Everyone was so nice and went out of their way to be helpful. Check in was easy and because we were there this trip for a funeral they got us into one of our rooms early so we could freshen up and change clothes before the service. They were very understanding and kind. Darrel was extremely helpful, he understood my husband was having health problems and could not walk long distances so he assigned us rooms near an exit we could park close to. We appreciate everything...

"The stay at Best Western is always good. However, this is the second visit where there were no dollies to take your luggage to the room. Therefore several trips were needed to get things from the car to the room. Also, the hotel doesn't use trash bags in the trashcans inside of the rooms. They said it was done on purpose, which I guess is their decision. It could cause a mess, especially if you have a child in diapers/pullups. Otherwise the room was satisfactory as always. "
