Quarto precisa de reforma. 2 noites é uma manhã tomando banho frio. Roupa de banho e cama muito desgastada. Esperava mais pelos reviews que eu vi e pelas fotos."

"I actually ended up across the road at the hotel adjacent to water park. ammenities were similar but geared to families...very basic accomodations and a bit dated. Food was good for an all inclusive....but definately brazilian centric. "

"O hotel é muito bonito, bem cuidado e com uma otima infraestrutura. Os funcionários são bem educados e prestativos. Café da manhã bom com opções interessantes. O restaurante é um pouco caro mas vale a pena. Como sugestão, poderiam deixar copos nos apartamentos. Precisamos tomar remedios e não os tinha. Outra coisa que nos chateou foi que, conforme nos informado na hora do Checkin, a lanchonete da piscina iria servir lanches até as 20h. No sabado, nos programamos para jantar na piscina e quando...

"This hotel is located in a farm property could be much updated it says they have a swim up pool bar and wasnt even functioning the pool was full of dead mosquitos and flies they could have someone cleaning it at least twice a day the service was terrible we had to do everything on our own to reserved activities they couldn’t call from the front desk and ask what hours available the food was from days before hard bread and for lunch they had one plate that had gone bad already tasted spoiled they...
