"It was a "soft opening." The price was good and the services were great. We stayed in Oct. 2024 for 5 nights. Yes, the surrounding is a slum area but people are nice. Never felt unsafe! Walked around the area casually ...to Baclaran clothing etc market , National Shrine of our Mother of Perpetual Help, fast food restaurants , transportations to go to MoA and other great places in the area.You'll never go wrong staying in this property."

It is located in the entertainment district in Malate, but I was not bothered by noise from these venues, nor did I in any way feel unsafe when walking in the area during the day or early evening.
