"I've stayed here maybe 6 or 7 times. The staff is always prompt, friendly, and accommodating when it comes to special walking needs. My only issue has been the noise. Last night, at 4 a.m. some men were outside my room talking loudly. Then suddenly they were making noise on my door and attempting to enter. I yelled "WTH!!! I heard them enter a nearby room, lost I guess. Frightening though, for a disabled, senior, woman, by herself.. "

"Everyone was extremely nice during our whole stay except for one lady working the front desk our last 2 days in the mornings, she was very openly rude not only to us but several guests that we saw, even asking a lady questions about her service dog. Overall the rooms, pool, and breakfast was excellent. We had 2 rooms and 1 of the rooms tv only had 3-4 channels but we didnt even complain so it was no big deal. The area the hotel is in had a lot around close that was convenient and only about 15...
