"The front desk clerk was amazing! We traveled from Georgia to the hotel for an overnight stay. I couldn’t locate where to park and she guided me to the area and waited until we were where we needed to be! It was a little after midnight! The hotel was nicely decorated and clean."

"This is a beautiful hotel. The staff was friendly and efficient. My King suite was spacious, spotless and comfortable. On the downside, I was hoping for a quiet room, and that is what I asked for. However, on a Saturday night near Cincinnati there was drag racing on the highway outside. It was quite loud. The breakfast buffet didn’t have anything that I could eat (no cheese or wheat), except for oatmeal, which wasn’t too thrilling. I am a tea drinker, and the water in the carafe was not hot....

"The staff did an excellent job taking care of its guest. They were very proud of the hotel and all it had to offer and they were eager to share that with everyone. The hotel has so much to offer and it is bright and clean. The most impressive thing was how amazing the lobby and common areas smelled. Golden bamboo is wonderful. "
