Our room had no warm or hot water. After being on the road for 22 hours I wanted nothing more than a hot shower. I tried in the evening when I arrived as well as in the morning when I woke up. Grateful for a bed to sleep in, but if the staff is aware of the water issue they should have let us know.

The property is nice and clean, staff at breakfast is really nice and accommodating but receptionist is rude, A friend was visiting at the lobby, and my husband and my kids came down to great our friend, our 2 toddler 2 and 4 were being curious and chattery, My two toddler was walking barefoot on one of the couch, the receptionist could have said it nice and amicable about kids not jumping on couches, but the receptionist that night is rather rude.

From out of town and booked this hotel due to convenience. Upon arrival toilet was filthy . Thankful I bring cleaning abs sanitizing products upon arrival so I took care of it . Told front desk when and she responded “thanks for letting me know” .. all I could think was wow . She didn’t even know I took care of it before she stated that . Big whole in the wall and it was covered poorly . Balcony was dirty and full of bird poop . Never again . I’ll stay at the Hampton inn up the street
