They provided everything for a comfortable stay, and no issues at all with their services. However, the lock to my door drove me crazy. "Perfect for my one night trip to Turin, in a great area for transport (trains, trams and buses) as well as walkable to key areas in the city if needed. Staff were friendly and accommodating, but do recommend some patience if you don’t speak Italian. Room was clean and exactly as pictured with a comfortable bed and facilites as expected. "
