"Everything was fine except the hotels physical address and the address shown on the hotels.com map are not even close. 2 km away from each other. Contacted hotels.com to rectify the situation, but they(hotel) wouldn’t give me a refund according to hotels.com, and said they’d talk to the GM of the hotel to try and resolve it. "the property is well locate the hotel is beautiful in the outside lobby very nice the staffff very good the only problem the room bathroom need to to update is dirty is mold in bathroom wall i think also need better cleaning ,breakfast is ok but also price was very good but the room cleanest need to be better"

"Parking spaces are limited, not adequate.. Guests have to park on roadside. Room has no closet to keep clothings. Breakfast is not up to standard expectation. Food quality is not good. All these are controversial to the room price. Price should be 30% lower for the place to match its standard."
