Find 2 Star Hotels in Bung Khla from SAR 42

"A combination of this useless app and some idiot had placed the marker pin for this Hotel 150km away from where it actually is. So what a waste of money ! Tried in vain to recover my funds from Hotel .com or the Hotel, both blamed the other !! No refund. Awful treatment of customer from both parties. Goes with out saying i will never use this app again, watch out !! If You have a genuine problem you can forget getting your money back !! "

"This is a sprawling hotel/resort. It covers a huge area with a mix of accommodation options. From rooms to corner rooms with expanded balconies, living and sitting areas and villas enabling families to stay together. It is not, though, wheelchair or disable friendly. As the resort is built along ridges lines to afford views, there are a lot of steps and uneven paths. "Everything was fine except the hotels physical address and the address shown on the hotels.com map are not even close. 2 km away from each other. Contacted hotels.com to rectify the situation, but they(hotel) wouldn’t give me a refund according to hotels.com, and said they’d talk to the GM of the hotel to try and resolve it. Nothing was resolved and I had to pay a lot of extra taxi fees which not have been required had the hotel had been where it is shown on the map. If you book this hotel,...
