There are many great things about this property: the location, the common areas of hotel, staff, and freebies with room. There are a couple of things to keep in mind when you book. The hotel is quite loud. You can hear the toilets of the other rooms being flushed and room doors being open and closed. Also, the hotel common areas are well decorated but the room lacks...

"The location is excellent. Right next to the Rainbow Lake trails and some of the best Aspen tree viewing in the area. Easy parking, great view from the porch, nice fireplace. Pool and hot tub were a nice feature. Only downside was that we couldn't use the oven because whatever cleaning product had been used smoked like crazy and smelled like chemicals. Would definitely rent again!"

"Comfortable furniture in an older, comfy condo. Plenty of space, including a work desk and big dining table. Kitchen had utensils and dishes. Really appreciated the wood fire with a view off the spacious deck before it was dark. Getting to park inside a garage during a snowstorm was great. Elevator from parking garage to 4th floor condo gave handicap access."

"Host was gracious enough to allow me to check in early and check out later than expected. Perfect location to all amenities one might need. Nice quiet space for 1 or 2 guests with everything needed. Host was responsive to messages. Great place to stay in Frisco!"

"This property is a gem! The size is just right for 2 people! I stayed with my son for a fall soccer tournament and everything was wonderful! The communication and information was very clear and easy to access! The space is not fancy, but the unit was sparkling clean and stocked beyond most places I’ve rented! We would absolutely stay here again! My only recommendation is a warm blankie for the couch!"
