"A great apartment for exploring Zurich. Travel around the city is super easy, a short walk to buses and trains. Only downside was the noise from the trains when the window was open but then it is a balance with the plus of having them close by. The apartment itself is lovely and has everything you need. The communication with the host was great. Our door lock was low and battery and they attended to it very quickly! "

"Einrichtung etwas spärlich, für so viel Platz wie das Zimmer bietet, wäre ein Tisch und Stühle nicht verkehrt. Nachttische oder so auch nicht schlecht.. das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig, bei meiner Ankunft etwas ausgekühlt, da die Fenster offen waren. Warm-Wasser muss immer lange auf sein, bevor wirklich warmes Wasser ankommt... Sonst tiptope Unterkunft!"

"Our room was extremely clean and just what we needed. The hotel is located around 5-10min walk from the town centre and station. It is not really a hotel but a collection of rooms within what appeared to be a residential building but it was all very clean, efficient and modern. We would happily stay here again."

There is no lift for this 4 storeys building, but luggage lift is provided. It is pity, I didn't notice that after I pick up luggage to the 4th floor. However, I can make it when check-out. "Chick in must be at 3 pm. The owner told us that the room is not ready..and it will be ready at 5 pm So we waited till 5 pm. The other thing ...he got 202 CHF instead of 192 CHF "

"We picked Arlette Hotel on our way back from Zermatt as it was very close to the train station. The staff are so polite and accommodating. The room had an 80s vibe which I loved. Continental breakfast was included and it was delicious. Very reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the area. Thank you Arlette! "
