"The receptionist was very nice and the rooms were very clean. The pillows were ok but I should have brought my own and the breakfast was just ok. I would stay there again."

"I picked your place from the picture of the Living Oak out the main entrance ☺️ The Manatee Room was great. Simple and comfortable. The breakfast spread was perfect. The English muffins was my favorite. Having the river just right around the bend was amazing!!! The manatees were unbelievable. "

"Been staying at this property for 20 years, and have slowly seen its decline. After this visit, I’m going somewhere else. The whole property is rundown, and dirty. The bathroom ceiling is covered in mildew, with scattered mildew throughout the room. Metal trim on the headboard of the bed came loose in the middle of the nigh, it had obviously been glued before."
