"When we checked in, I was informed that we were being given a room with one queen size bed. I had booked through Expedia and had requested 2 beds. I showed the front desk clerk the order and since they did not have a room with 2 beds available, we were given a complimentary second room. He was very apologetic and quick to fix the issue in a professional manner. Im not sure where the confusion came in, but in the end I was very happy with the solution. "

"Hotel was good. Staff friendly and helpful. Expedia not good at all. We booked for a Saturday but expedia changed it to the Sunday with no notification or explanation. Then refused to change it to the night we wanted, saying the hotel was full. After hours of phone calls they agreed to a refund if we rebooked for the original for about 100$ more. We were stuck so we agreed. But the hotel was not full. Parking lot was mostly empty."

"Susan hosted a great stay for my wife and I over four days. The house and room were tidy, and the breakfast offerings were the best bar none. The front porch overlooked a well-manicured lawn on a very quiet street. Susan gave us some history of the area and pointed out stores and restaurants in the area. We were never disappointed. This was a first visit for us to this area and we hope that we can visit Susan again next year. "
