"There are quite a few things to be aware of with this property. 1. Dock boards are loose and when you walk they move. A few of the kids lost several layers of skin from stubbing their toes when fishing. 2. Cleanliness was around a 5/10 3. No window coverings to keep the room dark in the morning so everyone was up at 6:30 4. Fishing rods were completely a mess and I took 4 hours to clean them up for use. 5. The view is spectacular, great neighbors on both sides, the beds were very low end...

"Family vacation near Toronto so we could spend some time outside and visit places like the zoo. The area was great and being so close to Port Perry was a delight. The cottage was exceptionally clean and well put together just as advertised. It was an incredibly hot week so the air conditioning was a huge plus. The kids had lots to do and I would recommend this place to anyone."
