"The services provided by staff in each department was exceptional. The variety of breakfast options are wonderful and the team follow up with me to ensure our stay is accommodating. The entire property is clean and the layout of the floor plan is beautiful. The room is very comfortable and it's obvious that they decorated with the guests in mind. "Best Westerns are almost always my hotel of choice when I travel. They are always clean, comfortable, and easy. Breakfast is always good too. My only complaint is the pillows. They are always too small and they flatten out almost as soon as you lay your head down. This location was no different. The staff was very nice and helpful as always."

"My room was clean and luckily I had no issues with bugs. HOWEVER, I don't think the carpet in the hallways has ever been cleaned. If you want housekeeping you have to request it and pay extra. The laundry room doesn't have a change machine, they don't keep quarters at the front desk, and the machines don't take cards. The employees were blasting a radio in the hallway and never seemed to be at the front desk when I needed them. I had a kitchenette but NO dishes nor silverware... not even an...

"We only stayed one night, but it was nice. Pros: Clean. Easy check in. Room was already cool when we walked in. Air conditioner was excellent. Con’s: Bed was very hard, but it was a strange mattress ; can’t place what kind it was The hallway smelled so smoky. The carpets in the hallway could stand being shampooed to combat the smell.
