Communication was excellent and the hosts were lovely local people, we had easy access if we required any assistance. Access to the property was simple as was parking. "We didnt get to stay Hotels.com. they stopped doing accommodation in September 2020 and you did not tell us. What kind of business are you operating? Luckily i tried to pay & couldnt so i rang the hotel & they told me. You shoukd be ashamed of yourselves, happy to take the money with no thought for your customers. Do not recommend you company, will never book through you again."
