"Best part was the comfy bed, 🙂 had a good nights sleep. Worse part was the state of the bathroom and bedroom. Needs plenty of TLC in fact it all does. Hotel advertising bar but it was closed on arrival at 2.30pm and after going out to explore Southport, the hotel was in darkness at 9.30pm so no night cap then 😔 but for the price, we got what we paid for "

"Prop fine, toilets 1/2 flights down which was issue with my brother. Check in was problematical Owner had gone through Expedia with key code. Expedia never contacted me so I had to contact owner. Needs resolving between Expedia & Owner whom is responsible"

"Very nice place right at side of the sandcastle water park great location the owner Sarah and rob was amazing people very friendly and made u feel very well come and relaxed it’s a great place for the kids they really enjoyed it playing with pool table and football table and been able to watch YouTube on the Telly. I would recommend and it’s good for the price!! I will be back’ thank you "

"A nice room in a house next to the river. Clean, a very modern shower. A shared lounge/kitchen. I was on the 2nd floor with a view of the river. Free parking in front. Local shops and takeaways all seamed to be closed. "

"Had a nice cosy stay for 3nights, for the money tbh was very good overall. Nice bed, room had sink and coffee making facilities..... Heating was on as weathers been cold so was surprised it was warm in the room...... The shower was filled with sand so not so good.... However the toilet was shared and close by. Would have preferred a better view.... Other than the vast amount of rubbish outside. Possibly would stay again but perhaps, the rooms, could be updated as looking quite tired older...
