"We had to chase up the check in process whilst we were waiting outside the property, no information beforehand. There were a number of issues which we commented on to the owner. There was no response, or any acknowledgement of receiving my message. The issues were mainly solved but the day before we left! "It’s the 3rd time I have stayed here . Ideal location takes about 15 minutes to walk to Liverpool one . The apartment was nice and clean . The bed is comfortable. Hairdryer iron etc and self catering facilities to use . I will definitely return good value for money . The staff are great too 🙂"
