"Three issues lowered the overall from perfect. 1) The WiFi connection is bad. It is free in the room but many problems, 2) there is no air condition nor a fan. As our room had big window to the sun, the room become very hot from late-morning to the late afternoon, 3) The hotel is on the main road which is not show on the main picture - not too much noise, but trucks are there early morning. "Can’t believe this hotel is rated a 2 star, it’s fabulous and only a short stroll away from Malcesine centre. Despite it being next to the main road we didn’t find it too noisy especially at night. Rooms are spacious and clean, the bonus is the swimming pool. We highly recommend it and hope to return next year. "

"This little hotel was really outstanding. Very clean, excellent service, wifi worked well. Great location overlooking the lake. Underground parking was tight but very manageable. We had to leave early on the day of departure so they even went out their way to set up some breakfast for us specifically. A bit of a walk to Malcesine itself - would recommend the bus or driving rather than walking. Bus stop is a few mins walk from the hotel and buses are frequent."

"The apartment was clean and roomy with a lovely view over the lake. The Lady who looked after the apartments was friendly and helpful and was waiting to let us in when we arrived in the night. The location is excellent, just out of the main town but only a short walk, 5-10 minutes to the centre. Although there is only reception cover for a couple of hours a day at the most the sister hotel is easy and convinient to find in the town and again reception there are very helpful if you need anything....
