"I did not like that the owner was not available on arrival. We had to ask another long term guest for advice. The owner could have left a message on access and room number. We found the added charge for towels and bed line to be unreasonable and not explicit. We will not recommend in spite of the quaint garden atmosphere"

"Arrived and the key press was easy to locate and access, however the key provided didnt fit the lock, it was 2° outside i called 3 different phone numbers and no one answerd, i spoke to hotels.com and they couldnt help ether, i had to book alternative accommodation and take a taxi to it as it was in the middle of nowhere.
