"We had checked into another hotel earlier and it was terrible. We just couldn’t stay there so I found this hotel. We were late arrivals and they got us a room right away. They were pleasant to work with and we very happy with the cleanliness. "

"Excellent per friendly place. Close to everything. We traveled 5 adults, 1 child and 5 dogs. An unusual trip for us, but only possible if we could bring pets. Its not new, but very accommodating and friendly, decent breakfast especially when consider its free. Neighborhood felt safe even when walking dogs. Definitely would stay here again. "

"Last minute trip to Branson to check on my daughter’s (who is at college) car and we just needed a warm bed for one night that didn’t break the bank. This room fit the bill. Clean and cozy. Only thing missing was a bedside lamp and an extra blanket."

"We were ok with the room the breakfast was good with the normal things my only problem was we were on the third floor and who ever was on the 4th floor room sounded like a heard of elephants running all night into the early morning didn’t get much sleep"

"Roaches. Dirty shower walls. Offered breakfast from 8-9:00 only. No milk. Coffee maker broken. Pool is not as depicted in the pictures. Hot tub broken. Remember, you get what you pay for! Clearly, these people aren't interested in keeping business. "

"Property and staff was great. The only issue, which had nothing to do with the hotel or staff, was a group of young people staying there was up running and laughing in the halls till after 1:00am. "

"The room itself was great. We took advantage of the breakfast and the pool a few times. Our young daughter really enjoyed herself. The only issue we had was parking was a little hard to come by. It was November (so already into Christmas time in Branson) and the hotel was fairly full, so that's understandable. But then there was a bus that pulled in and took up about 6-8 spots. But, again, that's understandable. We still had a great stay and will stay here again."

"This hotel was fantastic. Newly remodeled. Rooms were very clean. Beds were comfy and can't beat the price. They do have mini fridges. If they had microwaves it would be even more great! Will be returning. "
