"Some tech issue was going on at the front desk so check in took a solid 30 minutes and lines were backed up which was odd for 8ish on a Sunday night. We had 2 rooms. I would suggest that the front desk staff make it a practice not to loudly announce room numbers so that everyone in the lobby hears them. This was incredibly unnerving for my 24yo daughter who then knew everyone in the lobby not only heard her room number but also the directions to her room. We had 2 rooms. Both were relatively...

The room I stayed in was well stocked with instant beverage packaging, and the machine to prepare them, but the carafe was missing. I informed the staff.
