"Great to stay in for seeing a concert at Wembley, just a short Uber/ bolt journey away. Lots of street parking nearby too. We thought the room was clean and appreciated the fridge. Friendly staff on the phone and arrival. Overall good for a 3* hotel and would use again. "

"When arriving at the hotel looked lovely from outside went entered the reception look like work was being done lady on reception very nice and helpful had few issues entering the room with plastic key card in the room it was very basic bed tele kettle etc walls dirty and headboard on bed very noisy when moving around .in the bathroom there was mould on the ceiling and side of bath the room was very light had a blind but light still came so up early no curtains "

"We had a lovely room that overlooked the canal - and canal boat watching - and could see Wembley. It's all very new and clean. Friendly and helpful cleaners and staff. The young man who runs it is a fabulous host! Helped us in so many ways, e.g., printing out train times and maps, etc., just generally being extremely pleasant and conscientious about making our trip perfect. There's a gorgeous patio filled with plants for drinks or coffee and a great cafe that does a wonderful English breakfast...

"Easy to get to and from Wembley Stadium. It was clean, comfortable and safe (with 24hr reception). We would stay again."

"Accommodation was good. But shower too low for someone over 6'4". Room was flean and adequate. Breakfast could have been a bit better but again adequeate. Receptoon staff very helpful and friendly."

"Room 1 The property was clean but very tired. The shower area had black mould on the ceiling. Paint was peeling from the walls. "

"The property is what you pay for, it lacks the necessities such as no glasses in the rooms and no bins in the bathrooms. The beds were very comfy and clean. Throughout the night it is very noisy and you can hear the people outside and furniture being moved from others staying in the property. Overall it was a good stay "

"Disappointing experience. For a start The number given for check in was not working, luckily there was someone there who phoned them for us as there was no one in reception,contrary to what was advertised. When we checked in it turns out our room was in cricklewood(15 mins walk away),not in Chatsworth road as advertised. This is very bad and not fair on the guests. The room was not clean and we had to clean it ourselves, it was a tiny studio flat with a bed so small we could barely sleep, I...

"Hotels dated but the ladies take great care of you. Free parking and a breakfast included. No nonsense old school BnB. Hitchin town centre is very good too. Plenty of eating places and pubs."
