It is walking distance from CU-Boulder's campus (if you're willing/able to brave the trek up University Hill), as well as from Pearl Street, Boulder's pedestrian shopping & dining area. This hotel is in the old motel-style, and was very neat, clean, and comfortable. The staff I interacted with were very friendly and kind, and I felt completely safe as a solo female traveler. "Took our grandkids aged 6 and 4 for a fun overnight stay. Close to a pizza restaurant to bring back to the hotel. Used the pool and hot tub. Got a thumbs up from both kids! Breakfast was very good…pancakes, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, omelettes, cereal, boiled eggs, fruit, etc. "

"The person that checked my daughter in didn't seem to understand what a "tub" was. Also putting someone in a room on the ground floor next to the elevator with two small dogs didn't seem to register as a bad idea."
