"The house was so cozy and homey, we loved all of the personal art done by the host. The view from the back porch was beautiful and we loved the secluded location. The host was great about advising us of weather and quick to respond to any questions we had. We really appreciated that snow shoveling was done for walkways and driveways. The house was clean and 420 friendly which was surprisingly hard to find in a legal state. Excellent stay, highly recommend!"

"The property is very quiet and peaceful in a secluded area a short drive from Estes Park and entrances to RMNP. The historic cabin was perfect for our family to spend Thanksgiving week. We got over 8 inches of snow the first day and were able to watch it fall from the many windows - which felt like we were in a magical snowglobe! Though it was cold outside, the cabin was warm, cozy, and outfitted with everything we needed. The hosts were very helpful and even arranged for the road to be scraped...

"Beautiful lookout over the lake for your morning coffee! This place worked well for two couples. Ned was a fun little town to explore on foot, just a scenic drive away from Boulder and Estes Park. Lots of amenities we didn’t have time to use in this clean A-frame Colorado home away from home."

"The location is gorgeous. They provided us with plenty of wood for the fireplace as well as propane for the outside fireplace and grill. They had alot of necessities that i didnt expect to be there such as trash bags laundry detergent and dishwasher pods as well as dish soap. Coffee filters and coffee and honestly to much stuff to list. We were very pleased. No issues with the keyless entry. "My husband & I stayed with our son-in-law and his 2 boys. Both boys have a form of muscular dystrophy called Freidriech’s Ataxia and are in wheelchairs. They needed a weekend in nature and the cabin in Pleasant Valley fit the bill. We had to navigate a few stairs but all in all the environment was perfect. Marty, the on-site property manager, was very friendly & responsive. "
