"This was a stop on our way to Italy, I would not stay more than one night. It was 39 degrees and humid, and the advertised air con was switched off. That alone makes me want to describe the place as ‘poor’ but to be fair the room was small but clean, the beds ok, the desk service friendly and the breakfast plenty. "

I was traveling alone and India made sure all was well with me and that I made myself familiar with everything. For a modest hotel in a pricey area this was truly comfortable and hospitable! "The place is very ran down. The staff is very rude, specially Olivia and sonele. They screamed at me because they made a mistake on their end regarding the breakfast. The food tastes worse than hospital or school food. No hospitality at all. The beds and pillows were the level of a hostel. The bathroom had no soap. And they would not provide clean towels when I asked. There was no safe in the room and also no soap. The toilet had no trash can. The room has no coffee maker or fridge , but they...

"This was a good hotel for our 1 night stay. It’s close to restaurants, a grocery store, and a metro stop. The check-in staff was very nice and check in was very easy. Our room was clean and very basic, but fine. They had good, strong internet too. The breakfast was a fair price and had hot and cold options. "

"Apartment as described and was clean and comfortable. Well equipped with kitchen utensils and dishwasher. Pool area with sauna and steam was lovely. Ski in and ski out and easy walk to supermarket, bus stop and several restaurants. Overall woul recommend. "

"Perfect location right opposite the main ski lift and next door to a ski hire shop. Breakfast is good and there is a generous sized guest lounge on the top floor and ski store in the basement. The staff are friendly and helpful. We booked the last and cheapest room on the first floor , it was just above a bar which played music until 11.30 every night - fortunately we liked their playlist. "
