"A great stay of 5 nights with family at the heart of Brussels. Very clean rooms, bathrooms and corridors. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hot water was free from coffee machines which was needed for our daughter. The bathroom light's censor was little annoying as it turns off every 5 seconds, so you will have to keep shaking your body or waving at the censor to keep the light on. But thats just a small part which you can ignore. Very happy with the stay and experience. Thats a great budget...

"A comfortable hotel, but Hotels.com needs to make it clearer that this is one of those European hotels without staff, where one needs codes to enter the building and room. Unfortunately, the hotel never sent me the codes, and I stood outside the door for a good ten minutes before a kind passerby helped me by calling the hotel for me to ge the codes (my US phone doesn't work in Europe). Aside from that pretty major mistake, the room was fine."

"Our arrival at the hostel was delayed but we called and were happy that they waited for us to check in. That done, we went to the room and one of the rooms had a horrible smell of sewage. We went back to the reception to complain and the guy said it was because the room was closed for a long and make the water run the smell disappear, which did not happen. We came back to him and he said that the hostel was full and that he couldn't do anything (??). We insisted already that this problem would...
