"The property is an old place. Old worn out towel, only one towel. No toilet paper. AC was leaking and water was falling on the bed. I had to call in to get it fixed. The floor tiles are worn out and broken. It looks like 1920's facility. Tons of problems. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because of the courteous staff. "I have travelled to more than 43 countries but nothing can be more horrible than Oyo Mint Leaves in Hyderabad. Let me list all the problems one by one: 1) No breakfast even though mentioned in booking 2) Dogged refusal to clean rooms despite mentioning 3) Phone not working and had to come down every time 4) Loud noise of carpenter on floor disturbed sleep despite complaining 5) They said they clean rooms only once a person checks out. "Nightmare experience. First they could not find reservation. I booked a triple room but they gave a single room. Rooms and bathrooms are not clean and super smelly. Staff are arguing but not helping the situation. They double charged me even though I prepaid with Expedia. "
