"The staff wasn’t able to speak the central official Thai dialect, and could only speak the local dialect, so I had a difficult time understanding him. I wasn’t inform of the time for breakfast, but I inquired about it at 7:30 am and understood that the breakfast will be arriving late, but I had to leave for business so I didn’t have a chance to have breakfast."

"Fah hotel is neither great nor bad. It is a hotel to sleep in on your way somewhere else. The bed was comfortable as in most hotels, a little hard but I prefer a harder bed. The bathroom was clean. There was WIFI and the speed was ok. It had a tv with some english speaking channels subtitled in thai to watch. "Was a one night stop over - modern hotel with fantastic rooms. Very clean and staff were excellent and helpful. Location is close to airport and hotel have a transfer service 👍 Around a km from Nan centre where the bars and restaurants are - however the owner of the hotel kindly drove us there and picked us back up after our meal. Would like to say a massive thank you to him for his hospitality and being so helpful throughout the short stay. Would stay again next time - thanks to all. "
