"Nice for pets staying free, the staff was extremely helpful as we had evacuated from the airport fire and forgot litterbox. Staff found me a box & trashbag to use for the night that worked perfect. Pool was closed and bottom floor door wasnt sealed on bottom as roaches came in from outside. We only stayed 1 night & had 2 rooms."

"If you book online, it doesn’t pop up on the computer. They tell you to wait one to four hours to give you a room, balcony homeless people jump through the balcony and get into the room. there is not a security on property no hot water after 11 PM"

"Proprty is not close at all to Cal Poly Pomona, i don't know why Expedia suggested it considering the distance. It was nearly 30 minutes away. My husband checked in before me and left me a key at the desk. When I arrived the staff claimed no key was left for me. Also there was no sheet or comforter available for the sofa bed for one of my other kids to sleep so the staff only provided a cotton blanket. The breakfast was slow in being refilled and folks were very impatient about the food coming...
