"The reception was very good and helpful, the restaurant food was amazing and the staff very attentive, the room however although looked good there was a large amount of cobwebs, in the bathroom area and a number of flys on and around the bath, the tiles had a large amount of water marks and the taps and shower had water marks and scale. The standard double was two beds put together so a very uncomfortable night sleep as well kept going down the dip in the middle"

"I had a fantastic stay at the Imperial hotel. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. I asked about the scaffolding being put up at the hotel and whether it would be covering the window in my room. They found out that it would and offered me a room on the other side of the hotel. I also questioned about the heating which they think maybe the builders knocked something but were glad that I let them know. The hotel is a bit tired but it is comfortable...

"Literally across from the sea. All the staff were so friendly. Breakfast was really good. Bed was super comfortable. Big bath. No complaints at all. Close to town. "
