"Easy check in via the bar. Good kitchen and lounge area. Bedrooms good for sleeping. Only slight negative was grubby kitchen, but as only there for one night not too much of an issue."

"It was a nice room that was located in the center of Inverness! It was very close to many restaurants and was easy to get to. There was a car park down the street as well which made it convenient for parking "

"Needed a quick overnight place to sleep. The room was nice but the sheets needed to be changed, there was a tick in my bed, and the trash hadn’t been emptied from the previous guest. The owners need to hire more people and pay them a decent wage to do the work needed. One full time employee and a couple of part time workers doesn’t cover the needs of the hotel. The poor young man was trying his best to meet the needs of all the guests but I could tell he was exhausted. "
