"The place was unbelievably noisy. Value for money was good, but there were blood curdling screams at 4 in the morning when people got back in the stairwell. Insanity. We weren't expecting the ritz of course, and the staff were all friendly. Would have just liked to have not been disturbed by other guests quite as much"

"John & Luke are lovely Hosts, very helpful and friendly. We had Clara room which is boutique style. We had an extra kids room, so plenty space for us. The hot breakfast exceeded my expectation, big plate and tasty. The towels and bedding were fresh and comfortable, but would have liked a hand towel. As we were at The Pigeon Weekend, we shower twice a day, so would have liked fresh towels daily, but not a major issue. We didn't get daily housekeeping as stated on Website. Room was a bit dusty...

"Really warm welcome and explained about the hotel and shown around very friendly and lovely people. Rooms were nice and spacious and clean. However the double bed was small and uncomfortable but didn’t put us off, will be visiting again soon. Xxx"

"Was a little apprehensive after reafing some reviews. Arrived and was greeted by a lovely guy, very pleasant friendly and helpful. Room was clean and warm, bedding and towels were spotless. Not the Hylton but what can you expect for such a cheap stay.? Would definitely stay again."

"Just what we needed for our stay and welcomes groups which a lot don’t in Blackpool the room was clean with separate shower toilet sink good price for our stay as a base and great sized sports bar! Would stay again👍"

"The best place to stay in Preston. A hidden gem, great value for money. 10-12 minutes walk from the station, the room that I stayed in was very tidy and clean. Host is very friendly and good with responding to messages, clear instructions on checking in. Will definitely come back if I ever need to stay in Preston."
