We have never had a problem here, and continue to stay here for getaways. "This is the best Comfort Suites I have stayed at. Due to many negative experiences I avoid most Choice hotels but on seeing the reviews of this hotel in Berlin Ohio I decided to risk it. This Comfort Suites is a gem and the staff is excellent. Keep up the good work and do not cut corners like to many foreign owned Choice hotels tend to. You are my new favorite in the Berlin Ohio area. "
