"From service to facilities, it was a terrible experience. The staff is incompetent and unhelpful. The check-in process was frustrating, it seems they didn‘t have our booking in the system for 2 rooms. The rooms were still being cleaned even though we arrived in the evening. The water in the shower didn‘t run. The AC didn‘t work. The doors didn‘t close. The curtains on the bed smelled. The wifi barely worked. The way up to the receptions and the rooms is very steep, maybe difficult for less fit...

Pour la chambre je ne peux rien dire du fait que nous y avons pas passé les deux nuits prévues et payées d'avance.Nous sommes partis ilico chercher un autre hôtel. "
