Getting access to room was different, you have to go to Thai Restaurant, where you are given codes to enter the hotel area. Staff took me to the room, which was good but no reception. "The property was very clean. The beds very comfortable I had a room with an en suite. The building was very secure and asked for ID at the 24 hour manned reception desk. I was a lone female traveler and I felt very safe the whole time. The staff are friendly and helpful. "
