"When we went back out to our car after checking in at the hotel, there was something going on with the connection to the battery in our car and the car wouldn't start. The employee who I spoke to about the situation was understanding and accomodating and then later when I spoke to the manager about our predicament, he offered to help with a jumpstart or pushing our vehicle if needed. I very much appreciated their understanding and willingness to try to help. "
