"The concierge was the best informed we have experienced. Bar is excellent. Hotel is clean, quiet, and comfortable. The only complaint is that the shower did not have a grab bar, at least not in our room. "

"Way better than I was expecting. The service was great and the room was beautiful. I loved the burlesque theme throughout, it wasn't tacky of tatty. The bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good, not many alternatives out for vegans or lactose intolerant but just ask staff. Would definitely stay again. "

"On my first night there we found the aircon didnt work and we was cold all night, we found the room filthy under the bed, but after complaining about this and showing the proof the manager gave us a big discount, little did we know our next hotel let us down and we found we had no wherd to go for the next night, but the manager of this hotel helped us with 2 single rooms as that is what was left and gave us the big discount and a little more to help us out.
