"The check-in was not good. She could not find our reservation and it took her FOREVER to finally figure it out. The elevator was out of service one day. We were close to an exit and the shutting of the door was VERY loud and closed often. Our reservation was made 6 months in advance and prepaid. You would think we could have had a quieter room. "

"The room was nice, the pool was very small. The hot tub was OK. Warner than the pool but not really hot and the only protein at breakfast was microwaved sausage patties that were an unappealing color. The toaster worked great and the cereal and donuts were OK but definitely not a main dish. "

"Very clean, amazing staff, and great area for Tmobile center and area taverns, and other experiences. Breakfast could have used some work though omlettes and potatoes were cold but the rest was ok otherwise its a great selctions of foods "

"Front desk staff very friendly, can tell it’s an older hotel that’s trying to upgrade but still has some work to do but would stay here again if needed "

"The room was huge, had a microwave and fridge, a pull out bed in couch that was comfy. Only complaints is they don’t clean ur room while there. "

"We enjoyed the hotel. It was beautiful and comfortable. The room was spacious. The main disappointment we had was when the power went out overnight and until the next day when we left. There were no backup generators. And then when it came to check out, we couldn't use the elevators and had to drag our luggage down to the curb with no assistance or offer of assistance from the staff"
