"I stayed at this hotel for a night during a road trip and found it a nice, clean place to rest. The front desk staff was friendly, and I had no issues with that part of the experience. However, I was a bit bothered by the extra fees during check-in, which seemed excessive compared to most other hotels I've stayed at. This is likely a financial decision made behind the scenes and not the fault of the staff. Overall, it's a decent, no-frills hotel that's perfect for a quick stopover."

"Our overnight stay served its purpose. Though our 1st room, double queen bed, had not been cleaned, the front desk immediately accommodated us into 2 single king bed rooms. Tub/shower had rust lines, but good water flow. Didn't use the pool or eat breakfast. Great customer service."

"We were in Waller for a football tournament. This property was within minutes of the stadium. Staff was very friendly and professional. We did have a small issue with our reservation but it was handled very satisfactorily by the property manager. Continental breakfast was ok but would have liked a larger assortment of options. Not a deal breaker and would stay again."

"Our stay was an overnight stay in Hempstead the room was in fair condition and cleaned but I did wipe it down myself, The problem we had was the people above us they got really noisy about 10:00 at night I couldn't take it anymore so I called front desk about 10:40 they did call them because about 10 minutes later they did get quiet but although they did get up about five the next morning being noisy again until they checked out, we got up and left about 8:00 am. But overall it was an okay...
