First room was not ready, moved to second room but TV didn’t work, then moved to third room.
Young lady that was there when i check in was very professional, polite, and handled and managed the situation that she was presented with great management skills. Between moving me to other rooms, other customers were calling her because they didn’t have hot water, and other customers were in line to check in. She handled each situation and gave her full attention to each problem. I wish I had employees with this type of management skills.
