"Really unable to rate this stay as I found out the day before my booking that they had not received my booking even though it had been confirmed by Wotif when I booked 3 months ago. Left high and dry with nowhere to stay. Many apologies given and the promise of a full refund which I am still waiting for. 1st experience with Wotif, and will most probably be my last"

"Breakfast was 30 minutes late because coffee wasn't started until after we had seated ourselves. One of their regular customers said that we would have waffles. After waiting quite a while, I asked about the waffles and was told that we should have booked into the hotel next door to get waffles. Although I told them we would be arriving late, (10:30), no one was working the check in desk and a sign was posted on a phone, telling late arrivals to dial 204, where the hotel operator lived. 30...

"Unfortunately the room stunk of cigarette. Even with the front door open for hours still didn’t go away. Apart from that, cabin and facilities was ok."
