"A last min booking for new years eve! I booked a family room for myself , Hubby and 7 year old son. The day arrived and the weather forecast was awful and nearly stopped our visit however after prompt, helpful communication from Regan we decided to try and brave the travel. "Stayed for one night and was upgraded from a single to double room, which was appreciated. The room was clean with all the facilities needed. As well as tea/coffee making facilities, bottles of sparking water were also provided. The toilet/shower was a bit small but no real problem.
