"Surprisingly good general experience and the quality of the bed and bedding as comfortable as what I've experienced at the DoubleTree in same area. I had to stay here as it was a home Steelers game and my other preferred hotels in the location were sold out. Was a good value with good lighting, an airy feel to the room (with 2 full size beds), a nice sized desk for working, quiet area, and as mentioned very nice beds. Be aware there is no elevator. "Stayed just one night after an evening arrival at Pittsburgh Airport. It was a few miles from the airport but straightforward to find. Easy parking & great check in. Room was very clean, spacious & comfortable. Hotel was very quiet. There is no restaurant or bar but they are available nearby. There is a self serve complementary breakfast. Exceeded our expectations for a convenient one night stopover & good value too."

"Stayed here several times. Hated the fact that the girl at check in was never at the counter. Sometimes waited 15 minutes for her to come out of the back room. And when I asked where the room was (for parking) she would always say "the elevator is there ". This time a wonderful woman Joann was at the desk, very nice and when i asked where the room was, she pulled out a map and showed me . Awesome!"
