"The area is amazing. The apartment was nice but on the street side so very loud. You need to keep door open though cause it would get hot and there was no fan. There was construction going on so that got loud at around 9:15 in the morning. The elevators were very frustrating. The management company staff was really nice though."

"This is a very nice little hotel (hence the name!) in a wonderful location. Although you can't see the sea from your window, when you go out a lovely view is right around the corner. No lift, so be prepared to climb stairs. We had a room on the top floor, and certainly got our exercise. The bathroom is very small, and shower door would not open all the way because the sink was in the way, so it's really only for "leaner" people, in our room anyway. "Not a great hotel. Their check-in closes at 7, I did get an email saying check-ins over Christmas would be closing at this time, but that was Christmas, not more than 2 weeks before!! Lucky I got there just before 7 then. The hotel is on a slope, no joking, you constantly feel you're going to fall over.
